Vineyard Management
We manage vineyards for absentee owners and locally based owners who need assistance with viticulture. We manage the following viticultural activities:
- Young vine training
- Pruning
- Weed spray
- Crop Spray
- Mowing
- Irrigation
- Canopy management (including wire lifting, leaf plucking, trimming)
- Crop management (including yield assessment, bunch thinning, harvest)
- Pest and disease monitoring and management
- Fertiliser and nutrition
- Coordination with winemakers
- Budget and cashflow preparation
We provide the staff to perform the work and viticultural skills and experience to produce the grapes to meet the requirements of our clients.
